How to choose a Tiller blades that suits you?

Have you ever look at the worn out blades, but don't know what to replace?

Here comes Four basics and One advanced principle

BASICS

1. The HP of the tractor, the size of the blade holder and the hole diameter of the screw

2. Confirm the purpose of use, and select the appropriate type (soil loosening, cultivating soil, ditching, cutting grass, making fields... etc.)

3. Will the length hit the upper cover?

4. Are the left and right sides installed correctly?

ADVANCED PRINCIPLE

1. Discuss with local agricultural machinery firms or experienced farmers

The horsepower of the tractor, the width of the rotavator, the arrangement of blade pipe(disc), the local soil quality, and the characteristics of the agricultural products planted... etc.

首先我們分了三個系列的產品:

小馬力: 中長 (常用於水田及網室)

中馬力: 福特 (常用於水田)

大馬力: 掃刀 (常用於乾田或沙地)

圖表中附上了建議的馬力，通常會因為地質的特性，車子的馬力和迴轉犁的長度，以及操作者的習性導致於使用上的感受度不同!

而每一款的刀型，在長度、彎曲度和角度都會有差異，

建議先依照通用馬力表去做使用後，再依據各地不同為你的刀子做微調，找出最適合自己工作的好幫手

此外，曳引刀還有一支名為大田3號的產品，適用於中部以北的石頭多的水田地和田埂機(田岸機)做使用

偏刀的搭配:

在台灣的迴轉犁品牌，主要為百利、大力士、立勝、久升 (注音做排序)

其中久升的迴轉犁所使用的偏刀短的為小橋偏刀，長的為星牌偏刀

而百利、大力士及立勝則皆使用松山偏刀。

所以當你的迴轉犁要配上耕耘刀及偏刀時:

中長系列搭配 麥西偏刀(單孔)或是 松山,小橋偏刀

福特及掃刀則多搭配 松山,星牌偏刀

在台灣的耕耘機可以分為三個大類別:

中耕機:

1.雙輪  (651, 大培刀)

2.單輪 (551,小培刀) (501系列為文豐單輪專用)
大順、力虎、展農、台灣佐藤、啟發，小牛、日農的雙輪和單輪刀片皆為標準通用

耕耘機(鐵牛,三腳仔)

通用為17hp~22hp

石頭地多則選用公司型，沙質地則選用市面型

曳引機:

使用迴轉犁搭配刀管

1.水田刀管 (適用中長、福特、掃刀、大田)

2.圓盤式刀管 (適用開墾刀青和白)

3.獨立式刀管 (適用開墾刀紅)

日本外匯車:三農8馬 (25mm寬*10.7mm孔)
